Activation email not received after account creation

After filling the registration form, were you expecting an activation email that never arrived? 

If you attempted to create an account and did not receive the activation link email, it’s because we probably did not receive the request for it.

This issue is often caused by the web browser cache, which can prevent the form data from being sent properly.

Solution:

Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

  1. Open your preferred web browser.

  2. Clear your web browser’s cache.

  3. Navigate to https://www.traceparts.com/en/sign-up.

  4. Complete and submit the registration form.

→ You should then receive the activation link in your email inbox.

Note: If you are using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, please ensure that you select "All time" as the time range when clearing your browsing data.
